Yay, Vava is finally here! :)

Yay, my mom finally got here from Brazil yesterday! We are having sooo much fun and sooo much more to come. She already spoiled the heck of everyone here and my kids couldnt go to bed last night before midnight! Too much excitement! Bella was so cute when making sure we had flowers to give to her when we got to the airport. Jack and Bella ran to her and gave the cutest hug to Vava when they saw her. Sooo cute!

Missing your long hair style, Jackson! :(

Just looking at some of last years pictures and oh boy did it make us miss your adorable long hair style! But no worries Jack, we will not let uncle Jay or any crazy hair dresser cut your hair from now on, we will let it grow back and have daddy trim it! Youre the cutest little boy!

Skating B-day Party!

Bella and Jackson had sooo much fun at Tatyana's, Caleb's and Alyssa's b-day party! Jackson tried the skates and didnt take them off till we had to leave. I cant believe how good he did and how much fun he had! The food was amazing and the kids had a blast! Thanks, Roberta! :)

Bath Fun!

Bella and Jackson just love taking baths! They could spend hours in the bath tub just having fun and of course getting everything wet! :)

Winter Wonderland In April?

We have at least 6 inches of snow today! The kids were so excited when they woke up and saw the snow out of the window! They ran and started taking their pajamas off and started looking for their snow gear that I have put away weeks ago! We opened our front door and there it was, snow everywhere! They ran out and started playing! They had soo much fun! We came inside and daddy made us some yummy hot chocolate! Boy, it feels like winter all over again when we are in spring! Crazy! Tomato Bacon Tarts

I saw this recipe on tv the other day and couldnt resist but make it! Its sooo easy and yummy! Jared doesnt like tomatoes but he really liked this recipe when he tried! Heres the recipe:

Ingredients:
1 can of flaky refrigerator biscuits
2 chopped tomoatoes
1 T. mayonnaise
2 T. chopped basil
1/2 chopped onions
4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 t. oregano

* I also add corn and chopped ham or turkey and cream cheese.

Preparation:
Place a single biscuit into each cup of a lightly greased muffin pan and form to shape. Mix all the ingredients together and fill each muffin. Bake according to biscuit instructions on package and enjoy!

Easter Egg Hunt!

Model Search Winner!

My photographer teacher did a model search couple weeks ago for beatiful fun children ages 4-8. I entered with pictures of Bella and she did pick Bella for the shoot! Im sooo excited! :) I love the ideia that she will be "creating candid moments that featured kids being kids" and not just the "posed event"! I cant wait to do the shoot with Bella and see how much fun she is going to have it! She LOVES taking pictures! Oh, and one of the things that Im trying to gather for the shoot and dont have it is an easel so if anyone has one and wouldnt mind Bella using it for couple hours let me know! Thanks!

Twilight Girl's Night Out!

Family in Town!

I get to see my uncle, aunt and cousins every April conference due to my uncle being a seventy! :) Its sooo much fun to have them around us for couple weeks. Bella was crying so much in the car today after we said our good byes. She kept saying we had to drive to the airport, get in an airplane and go to Brasil! :( It was fun to have you guys here. Thank you for everything! Love ya!

I Love to See the Temple

I love to see the Temple. I'm going there some day. To feel the Holy Spirit, to listen and to pray. For the temple is a house of God, A place of love and beaty. I'll prepare myself while I'm young: This is my sacred duty.

Easter Egg Coloring!

Jared and I try having our own traditions as a family and for Easter one of them is the egg coloring with the kids! This year Jackson is old enough to color, decorate, have fun and start eating the boiled eggs after hes done, haha ... Bella of course thought boiled eggs sounded yummy so started eating them as well. But no worries we were left with some pretty cute ones from both! :)
