Mother's day weekend at Homestead!

A fun relaxing weekend at Homestead was sure a treat for Mother's day! :) Having my mom around was also a treat that I don't get to enjoy very often so it was pretty special! We soaked and swan in the crater, ate yummy food, the kids tried hitting golf balls for the first time and I got to sleep in! :)

Crazy April!

Huh, where to start about crazy April??? Full time training for my new job, not having Jared around due to his finals and loosing 5 pounds due to only being able to eat saltine crackers and drink Sprite. Nope, I did not have the flu, I had a big, huge, scary SURPRISE! Yeap, baby # 3 is on the way! My days have been going as this: nausea around the clock and I sleep 12 hours a day. My pillow has become my best friend! On a happier note, Bella and Jack are sooo excited for this baby to come. They have been so sweet to me and specially to my belly as they kiss and talk to baby! :) Bella wants a girl and Jack wants a boy, what a surprise! :) Also, a fun event was to go to NieNie's book signing at the beginning of this month. I am such a big fan of hers! :) I went to the doctor last week and got an ultrasound to check out baby and my real due date since I never write dates down. Got to hear baby's heart beat and watch him or her move around, so cute! :) Jack was with me and it was pretty special! :) My due date has been moved to December 16th which seems so far away!!! I pray that I get better soon so my husband has me back and my kids have their mommy back. Go faster first trimester!!!

Easter! :)

Out of the 4 egg hunts our kids had one of them was at our yard. Bella and Jack had so much fun finding all their treats. Jackson now is wondering how many more days till we can have Easter again! :)

MonaVie

I accepted the offer MonaVie gave me to work for them a few weeks ago and I am soo excited to work at this company. I will be part of the Brasil market at the contact center speaking in Portuguese. I will be working part time from HOME with awesome benefits and still be able to be a mommy to my children! :) I am also in love with all the perks they've got for their employes which includes free produts every month, tuition reimbursement, gym reimbursement, discounts with all sorts of stores and much more. I am on my second week of training and can't wait to be able to work from home! :) Yay to MonaVie!

Hunger Games

I along with the girls in my book club went to watch Hunger Games last friday and it was so good! I did cry, I did laugh and I did cry again! :) I LOVED IT!!! I am so happy I am part of an amazing group of girls that love to have fun, read and laugh! Thanks, girls!

American citizenship

After a bunch of paper work, studying for the civil test and of course a good amount of money, I became officially an American this week along with friends Semi and Patricia. Special thanks to my American mom Diane for being there at my ceremony and treating me to lunch. And yes, I am still a Brazilian and will be forever! :)
